1. The cross-sectional size of the spindle box is large, and the main transmission adopts ZF gearbox deceleration, which ensures both high speed and high torque.
2. All three feed axes are driven by double nut ball screws and pre stretched. The X-axis ball screw adopts auxiliary support to avoid bending affecting the machining accuracy; The PM254S worktable is driven by a ball screw female rotation structure, which reduces the rotational inertia of the load and improves the dynamic response performance of the machine tool.
3. The X-axis adopts linear guide rails, the PM20 series adopts two heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, and the PM25 series adopts four heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, with strong worktable bearing capacity; The Y-axis adopts two heavy-duty roller linear guides; The Z-axis is a cast iron plastic coated guide rail pair with good vibration absorption, ensuring smooth cutting during processing.
4. The gantry has a large span and Y-axis travel, and a wide processing range.
5. Adopting dual balance oil cylinders to balance the weight of the spindle box and reduce the load on the drive motor.
6. The Y-axis and Z-axis adopt a double drag chain structure, and the pipeline and cable are completely separated to avoid entanglement.
